And Then This Happened

So I was going to blog last week,
but then I finally got around to making this...

and then this happened...

Then before I knew it,
I had picked this up...

and this started happening...

and then it was Monday.

There was also lots of celebrating.
Celebrating of the boy
and then the SIL
and then the Farmboy.

It was a pretty good week.
I hope yours was too?

Your pen and ink work is exquisite. I usually just grab a glitter gel pen. You inspire me to capture more than just words on paper. Beautiful! And yay for celebrations! :)

Isn't creating just nourishing to the soul? Sometimes I get in a mindset where it's just a waste of time, but I always leave my craft table feeling so much more refreshed and inspired. There's more to life than work (and reality!)

Intriguing. Is the Day book a journal? The small brown coptic stitched booklet seems interesting aswell. I hope we get to see more of those projects. You are now officially forgiven for not blogging, you were doing pleasure leasure artsy beauties...

Very pretty! My week was good. The garden is growing nicely (so are the weeds) and the house rearranging is being done preparatory to our huge repair project and I have new beads made and new jewelry designs.

My week was very good as well - love your distractions, especially the last one. Pen and ink and paper - they get me every time.
