Down the Rabbit Hole

Oh dear.
Where is everyone?

They are late!
Late, late, late!

SHE is late
and
they are late.

Tsk, Tsk...
Where can everyone be?
The tea will be cold!

OH!  Goodness me, thank the White Queen's stars, you've arrived!
How do you do?  How do you do?
Would you like a cup?  Would you like a nibble?

I dare say, you know, you are quite late!
Tsk, tsk.
Is your watch not working?
Never mind that.
Do sit down.
Hurry now.

There is still some tea left.
Yes, left.  You see, he has already been here.
Who?!  Why the Hatter of course.
You do remember him, do you not?
From when you came before?

A very lovely time it was, yes indeed it was.
You know, I know of a quite good clock maker...
eh-hem... if you need your watch repaired.
Eh-hem, well yes.
What was I saying?

Oh yes, yes.
We had a jolly good time...
riddles and songs and all.
You know how it goes.

Please, please, help yourself.
There is plenty to chose from.

Yes, yes... please don't dawdle.
No time for dawdling.

No, no time for that.
Unless you're Dum or Dee of course.
OH!
Oh, no.. no you are not either of them.
So sorry.

Well now, I do so hate to be a party pooper...
but I believe it is time.
Yes, yes... most definitely time to go.
So sorry, but we do keep a tight schedule around here, you know.
It was very nice to see you again, but...
Many more cups to sip.
Many more friends to see.

Ahhh, yes, yes....
eh-hem, about that clock maker...........
