At an Irish Festival, you'll find there is much to stimulate the senses.
See
See
Irish dancing contests.
Touch
The soft, silky coat of an Irish Setter.
Taste
Irish stew... yum.
Smell
The smell of an Irish Wolfhound. I know, I know. But honestly I prefer it over some of the smells that might waft your way when in the throng of a festival. (Just sayin')
Hear
The ethereal sounds of a Celtic harp.
And if you happen to have the luck of the Irish, you just might also hear a Farmboy playing a tin whistle.
What did you do over the weekend?

Well, I certainly didn't go around sniffing dogs! :) I'm glad you had fun. Farmboy looks so cute blowin' his whistle. Such a little kid, isn't he? I worked on my ATCs and Tags for the Alice Tag Book swap. Deadline is Wednesday I think. Oh no!
Sounds like you had a great time over the weekend, Alisa. That Irish stew looks fab.
Looks like you had fun! What did I do over the weekend? Drove home from Houston. Glad you are coming to Art Night. See ya there. Charlene
*sigh*...nothing that fun! :D

I didn't do anything as remotely stimulating the senses as you. Looks like a great place to hang out!
That sounds like a lovely way to spend a day. And the stew looks so yummy!
Touching a cute dog like this one sounds great, but smelling the other one... uhhhmmm I don't know!
I had a great weekend, celebrating my middlest son an my own birthday party. We had a great day! Full of lovely presents and people!
Love your blog banner! Thanks you so much for stopping by my blog.

Looks like so much fun!! We had a great weekend too but in a more stay-around-the-house relaxing kind of way :)
looks like a great way to spend the weekend...
love your new header.....very pretty!
We went to the Irish Festival on Friday night! Wasn't it wonderful? Those wolf hounds are amazing dogs!!
It looks like such a good time! Not that much fun here this past weekend, not even sniffing Wolfhounds. ~ Angela
Man, I wish I would have known about that. We spent some time in Ireland a couple of years ago & LOVED it! Maybe I should read the paper sometime & see what's going on in our community! Are you friends with Maureen? I think I bought some cool rusty stuff from you. Lisa
That looks like so much fun! We also have been to Ireland (ages ago) and I just loved it..the music, the little towns, the pubs, and all the green! I love dogs but I remember seeing kind of ratty dogs running around...not beautiful ones like there. I wouldn't even mind it is they were smelly.
