Happy Mother's Day

Celebrating mother's is what today's Show and Tell is about, hosted by Analise of Sugar*Sugar.

I would like to introduce you to my beautiful mother...

I cannot begin to tell you how much this woman means to me. Like any mother/daughter we have had our ins and out, especially during those teenage years. But we have survived those years only to become closer. Now we are more than just mother and daughter... we are very good friends.

I always wanted to grow up to be just like her. To be strong and independent, to be intelligent and clever, to be industrious and creative, to be loving and living life to the fullest. I think she did a pretty good job raising me. And I have turned out to be very much like her... at least that is what my dad says when I say something sarcastic. :)


Yes that's right, my mom is a mermaid. And unfortunately, we cannot be together today. She is in the Caribbean, probably seahorse watching and swimming with the eagle rays right now. But we can pretend.



I miss you mom... terribly!!!
