Just do it, I did!
I haven't done it for THREE months. It was hard then, so I expected it to be harder now. It was hard, but not as hard or as bad as I thought it would be. Of course, I started off easy and only ran a mile and then walked the other mile and a quarter.
The worst part was the rest of the day. My limbs were SO tired and sore even into the night. Now the soreness has been isolated to specific muscles.
I suppose I should go run it out now.
