I was short on time, so I went simple.
I used Heather Bullards recipe that was printed in Flea Market Style.
Super fast. Super easy. Super good.
And I would suggest enlisting the help of a Teenager to do the mashing. Makes it even easier!

Yum, I made blueberry muffins today - so yummy. Loving that jam idea.
