An Apology

Dear Dip Pen,
Please forgive me. I know that we have not seen eye to eye in the past and that I have said some very ugly things to you. It has recently been brought to my attention, that you were never at fault for any of our disagreements. I do so hope, that you can forgive me of both my cruelness and my ignorance.
I promise you, that from this point on, our relationship will be one of friendship only.
Most sincerely,
Alisa

I real dip pen. That takes courage! That is definitely a technique I will not be trying out. I'll just come over here and see what you and your friend dip-pen have created.
Looks promising.

Beautiful penmanship. reminds me of when I was still in grade school and how I LOVED practicing my letters cuz I thought it was a wonderful thing to have pretty penmanship! I guess I was a bit of an odd-ball, as it seems that i was the only one that like writing letter after letter, row after row. I am glad to see that lovely penmanship means alot to others too, and you outdid us all by using a dip pen! Wow, I am trully impressed. you inspire me to give it a try and bring back all that joy I found back then with practicing my letters.

great photo! and it's wonderful that you are dabbling in calligraphy! My dad was an awesome calligrapher! He always wrote letter and envelopes out in a beautiful hand. I only wish that I would have had him write out a favorite quote for me to be framed before he died. But I do have many letters... Such a pretty thing to practice getting good at!
Keep it up, your pen will forgive you!

Dear Dip Pen:

I apologize, too, because I'm going to have to sneak over to your owner's home and steal you from your special little cupboard spot where she's so lovingly set you.

I know you love her, and she you, and that's the problem. She's already SOOOOO amazing at everything she does, this is just one more bit of brillance to add to her already overwhelming aura.

It's nothing personal. I do so hope you'll understand.

sincerely,
cheryl

p.s.

Don't worry, I'll play with you PLENTY, too! You seem like so much fun!
