I think my creative well is all dried up. And as shocking as this may be to my Farmboy, I don't think I have anything to babble on about at the moment.
*sigh*
I do want to say "thank you" to everyone for your sweet words about my photos in the post below.
Have a beautiful day. I'm going to go search for some creative juice.

Scary, isn't it, Alisa, to lose inspiration. It will be back! In full! In the meantime, have fun exploring!

We all go through it. I found browsing through BlogLand to be quite inspirational. ;) Good luck in "juice" search!
I hope you find it...bottle it and put it for sale! :D I need some.

No worries Alisa, take a break first and you will be very happy the moment you wake up and rushing for your inspiration without your realize:)
I was just saying the same thing to my hubby!!! I'm gonna do some exploring myself and see what I can come up with.
Happy searching :)
I am sorry to hear that you have lost your creativity for the moment, but the other half of me is so HAPPY to hear that it is not just ME. I was wondering what was wrong with me, why I feel so empty of all creative feelings at the moment. I find myself in some very good company in this aspect though, it seems. Just like everyone has said, take a break, and it will come back one day with a force that just might surprise you. I know that it will eventually happen like that to me too. In the mean time, if you find a way to jog the creative memory, let me know, and I will try it too!! have a good one, Debby
Aww... Alisa don't worry! Something soon will spark your imagination! It happens to everyone!
It will come back, unexpectedly.. your creativity.
In september 2008 I lost 2 family member within one week.
There was also something noticed in my left breast.
I survived .. simply by looking at lovely blogs as yours.. or creating new soaps.
I made then a soap for my dear ones..
Maybe you can create something in remembrance of your loved one ..
as a living profe of your love for this great dog
You haven't lost inspiration... you're just going through what is clinically referred to as "the blahs". (Please excuse my oh-so-technical medical jargon. I can't help it...I'm just so well-versed in medical nomanclature.) You're the most inspiring person I know. Maybe you gave all your inspiration away to me and that's why you're feeling short lately. I got an idea. If you're not inspired on doing any of your stuff, you're more than welcome to come over and help me do mine!
Oooooooh! I got another idea! Let's get our Apronology mags out and do Aprons together! Yay!
I am sorry I thought you lost your dog...
this is my fault, I know it from an other blogger, she lost her dog, but I mixed you guys up because i am on medicine at this moment.
I am really sorry again :(
My 22 year old brother moved into my studio. Talk about draining any creative juice!! Plus it is the end of winter and I think everyone just wants to be warmed by the sun again. You'll get your creativity back, I am sure of it:)I really love your pictures too!
I know what you mean.. I think my well is dry right now.. There has just bee a lot going on and changes
in our life. I can't seem to concentrate.. I know your inspiration will come.. There is a lot out there to inspire you.. Good Luck and God bless.
I'm with farmboy... a little shocked myself. :) Hey, didn't that happen to you in the summer too? I'm sure it will all come back soon enough. Dive into one of your books... & do some reading in the meantime. :) xoxo, Joanna
Alisa,
I'm sure it won't last for long! Grab a few magazines, a glass of wine, and you'll be as creative as ever. And yes, those photos are wonderful from the last post!
