I don't really watch much TV, but I do go through phases sometimes. Last season I heard of the show "Pushing Daisies", but didn't know anything about it. Two weeks ago, as I was passing in front of the teenager who was in a TV induced coma, I caught a preview for the season premier of "Pushing Daisies".
Hooked right then and there.
This show is crazy. I don't even know how to describe it. I guess it's kind of like Dr. Seuss for grown ups with some Dick Tracy stirred in (or maybe the other way around) and then sprinkled with a touch of Twin Peaks. Anyway...
I Love This Show!
(Oh, and for those of you who do/did watch, what about that lovely yellow floral wallpaper in Olive's apartment?! Love it too!)

Thanks for the birthday wishes Alisa! I saw the previews for the show as well and it also caught my interest. I have to figure out what time/channel it plays now!

Sorry Chic, never heard of the show. But I suppose that's one reason I read blogs... with hopes of learning something new. Well, at least, most days. xoxo, Joanna

Alisa, I didn't watch the show but I know what you mean about the decor on some of the TV shows! Wouldn't you love a job designing room sets!

I heard the show was good but never watched it. Setting the DVR today to check it out!
I love your new look! So, that's the pic that farmboy took? It's awesome. I doubt the DH would ever think to do that. :) xoxo, Joanna
I have heard of this show, but I think it is on a channel we don't get. I,m not sure.
Thanks for leaving a comment, I am thrilled. I have had a blog for a few months, but haven't spent much time blogging. I am in the process of getting some help with a banner for both my blog and Lollishop. Arlene
I watched this show a few times last year and didn't get it but am thinking I should give it another try! Keep seeing it everywhere.

Okay, finally watched the last weeks recorded show and WOW! It was great! I've always thought I should have an English narrator for life ;) Love it! Thanks Alisa!
I am a Pushing Daisy Fan too. It is so hard to describe it but I think you captured it well with Dr. Suess for grown ups. You can watch every episode online. Did you know they never use the color blue except the sky?? Love the blog too!!
